Bubba

I just lost 3 good employees because of poor driving records. Two for DUI and one for reckless driving. They all became uninsurable.

Do you have any canned stats that I could use in a PowerPoint presentation? I am going to cast the future plan for my surveying company for 2007 and that is one of the things that I plan on covering.

My emphasis to my employees will be that other than your health, nothing is more important to a field surveyor that his or her driving record.
